摘要
针对装配模型整体参数化设计的需求,提出了基于装配级关联的装配模型整体参数化设计方法,并结合所开发的某车床的系列化快速设计系统中产品级快速响应模型,进行了实际应用。对基于约束的参数化设计方法和基于特征的参数化设计方法分别进行阐述,对基于装配级关联的装配模型整体参数化设计方法的实施过程、如何进行产品装配组成结构的分析、如何进行产品组件的关联分析及表述进行了研究,并结合某车床的快速设计模型对该方法进行说明。
Facing the requirements of holistic parameterization of holistic assembly, a holistic parameterized design method of as- sembly unit based on links of cross-parts is pointed out, and combined with the product-level model of serial certain lathe ,which is built in a rapid design system, the method is applied. Methods of parametric design based on constrains and features are ex- pounded separately, how to analyze the assembled constitute of product and how to analyze and express the link between product components in the operative process of holistic parameterized method based on links of cross-parts are researched, and combined with rapid design model of certain lathe the method pointed out that is explained.
