摘要
贵州北盘江董箐水电站是"西电东送"的重要电源项目,被贵州省列为"抢救性"开发的重点工程。在勘测设计周期有限的情况下,还存在"高坝,软硬岩、大泄量、高尾水变幅"等较复杂的工程技术问题,通过"软硬岩料筑坝及其变形控制、高水头大泄量泄洪消能安全控制、高尾水变幅发电厂设计、高坝施工水流安全控制"等设计技术创新和20余项新技术的应用,解决了制约工程建设的多项技术难题,取得了质量高、进度快、投资省的良好效果,社会经济效益显著,可供有关类似工程借鉴和参考。
Dongqing Hydropower Station on Beipanjiang River in Guizhou Province is an important power source for the West-East Power Transmission Project and listed as a key development project of "salvaging" in the province. Under a condition of limited investigation and design period with some complicated technical problems such as high dam, soft-hard rock, larger discharge, high variable amplitude of tail-water, etc. , several problems those restricting the project construction are solved through the ap- plications of the design innovations and over 20 new technologies, i.e. dam construction with soft-hard rock material and its de- formation control, safety control of dissipation for flood discharge under high-head and large discharge, design of powerhouse with high variable amplitude of tail-water, flow safety control during construction of high dam, etc. , and then a better construction tar- get of high construction quality, quick construction progress and saved investment for the project is got with a significant social and economic benefit; which can provide a reference for the similar project concerned.
