自发性高血压大鼠脑底动脉神经肽Y能神经纤维的分布 被引量:4

Innervation of the neuropeptide Y containing nerve on cerebral vessels in spontaneously hypertensive rats

摘要 应用免疫组织化学技术 ABC法 ,对 1 0只雄性自发性高血压大鼠脑底动脉神经肽 Y能神经纤维分布进行了观察。在自发性高血压大鼠脑底血管的大脑前动脉、大脑中动脉、大脑后动脉和基底动脉壁上均可见棕褐色的免疫反应阳性纤维 ,纤维较粗 ,曲线状 ,呈网状分布 ,密度较高。与正常血压大鼠同一部位脑底动脉血管壁上的阳性纤维密度相比明显增加。结果表明 :高血压大鼠脑底动脉各主要分支较正常血压大鼠脑底动脉各主要分支有更高密度的神经肽 Y能神经纤维分布 ,提示高密度的神经肽 Y能神经可能在高血压大鼠脑血管的神经营养和神经调节方面起着重要的作用。 Immunohistochemical techniques were used to study the pattern and density of perivascular nerves containing neuropeptide Y (NPY) innervating the major cerebral arteries of 10 spontaneously hypertensive rats (SHR) with normotensive Wistar Kyoto rats (WKY) as control. The immunoreactive positive fibers with the brown lineal structures were seen on the anterior cerebral arteries, middle cerebral arteries, posterior cerebral arteries and basilar artery in SHR. Neuropeptide Y containing nerve fibers, mostly with reticulate, were much denser in all major cerebral arteries of SHR than those of WKY rats. Student's t test was applied and P <0 01, indicating that the significant difference between the density of neuropeptide Y containing nerve in cerebral arteries of SHR and those of WKY rats. It suggested that an increase in density of the neuropeptide Y containing nerves played an important role in the neurogenic regulation and nutritive adjustment on cerebral vessels in SHR. [
