船舶永磁推进电机直接转矩控制的比较

摘要 在直接转矩控制变频调速的理论基础上,建立了基于传统开关表和空间电压矢量调制的直接转矩控制仿真模型。仿真结果表明,采用该技术的变频调速系统能够满足船用大功率永磁电机在动态转矩响应方面的要求,不同转速下仿真得到的电机转矩值与实测值相一致,验证了仿真模型的正确性。同时通过比较结果可知,采用空间电压矢量调制技术后,能有效克服在传统直接转矩控制中存在的转矩和磁链脉动大的缺点。 The simulation model based on the theory of DTC that used the strategy of traditional switching table and space vector modulation (SVM) was established respectively. The simulation results indicated that variable frequency speed regulation system used DTC technique could meet the requirements involved in the aspect of PMSM dynamic torque response, the simulation motor torque value was consistent to the measured data in different rotating speeds and validity of the model had been verified. Meanwhile comparing to the different simulation results, the SVM -DTC could overcome the disadvantages of larger pulsation with the torque and flux effectively that existence in the traditional DTC.
