摘要
当前我国中西部地区农村中小学在实施课程改革的过程中存在不少问题,教学基础设施落后,教师教学思想观念保守、固化,缺少家长的理解与支持等,都在一定程度上制约着课改的推进。通过扩大中央和省级财政转移支付比重,平衡地区城乡间差距,出台系统、有效的农村师资补充与培训政策,促进与家长的沟通等渠道,或许可以有效破解难题。
There are a lot of problems in the implementation of curriculum reform in the central and western rural primary and secondary schools in China, including the poor teaching infrastructure, teacher s conser vative and stereotyped teaching philosophy, and lack of understanding and support from parents, which re strict the progress of curriculum reform in some degree. In order to address abovementioned problems, the author thinks that proportion of central and provincial fiscal transfer payment should be enlarged to bridge the gap between the urban and rural areas proportion, balance regional gap between urban and ru ral areas, the effective supplement of rural teachers and the training policy should be formulated; commu nication channels with parents should be strengthened.
