摘要
采用浸渍法制备了H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3催化剂,并通过FT-IR、XRD对其进行了表征。以H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3为催化剂催化合成环己酮乙二醇缩酮,系统地研究了各种因素对收率的影响。结果表明:固定环己酮用量为0.20 mol,在n(环己酮)∶n(乙二醇)=1∶1.5,带水剂环己烷的用量为8 mL,反应时间45 min,催化剂的用量占反应物量总质量的1.0%的优化条件下,环己酮乙二醇缩酮的收率可达58.2%。
H3PW12O40/ZrO2-WO3 was prepared by impregnation,and characterized by FT-IR and XRD.Cyclohexanone ethylene ketal was synthesized from cyclohexanone and ethylene glycol using H3PW12O40/ZrO2WO3 as the catalyst.The influence factors on the yield of cyclohexanone ethylene ketal were also investigated.The optimum conditions are: molar ratio of cyclohexanone and ethylene glycol is 1∶ 1.5,the volume of cyclohexane as the water-carrying agent is 8 mL and reaction time is 45 minutes,mass fraction of catalyst to reactants is 1.0%.The yield of cyclohexanone ethylene ketal can reach 58.2% under the optimum conditions.
