培养基成分对泰乐菌素产量的影响

摘要 为研究培养基对泰乐菌素发酵的影响,对发酵培养料鱼粉、玉米蛋白、豆油进行了三因素三水平正交试验。通过直观分析发现各因素作用的顺序为鱼粉>玉米蛋白>豆油;经方差分析可知,鱼粉和玉米蛋白的变化对发酵产量具有显著影响,豆油对发酵产量的影响最小。试验表明,发酵最优培养基组合为鱼粉1.92%,玉米蛋白0.87%,豆油4.8%。 In order to study the effects of medium on Tylosin fermentation, three factors and three levels orthogonal experiments were carried out on feed fish meal, corn gluten, soybean oil in this paper. Through the discovery of visual analysis, The results show that the degree of effects is fish meal 〉 corn gluten 〉 soybean oil. By the analysis of variance, it was found that changes of fish meal and corn protein have significant influence on the yield of fermentation, effect of soybean oil has minimum on the yield. The optimal medium composition is fishmeal 1.92% , corn protein O. 87% , oil 4. 8%.
