摘要
应用博弈理论描述了城市中心商业区(CBD)的停车管理者与停车者之间,以及停车者之间的复杂的博弈关系,建立了城市CBD停车的双层博弈模型,并应用斯坦克尔伯格模型对该模型进行求解,最终确定了城市CBD内(外)及高峰(非高峰)时段的最优停车费率结构。研究结果表明,所建模型可以综合考虑时间和空间因素,得出城市CBD的最优停车费率结构,在停车管理者和停车者之间达到利益平衡。研究成果将为城市CBD停车的合理定价和停车难问题的解决提供决策支持。
In this article the game theory is employed to describe the complicated game relationships between the parking administrators and the parkers, and among the parkers in Central Business District (CBD). A parking pricing model is developed using twodevel game theory, and Stackelberg theory is used to seek the solution of the model. With the parking pricing model, the optimal parking rates for inside/outside CBD and peak/off-peak hours are determined. Research results indicate that the developed model can be used to find the optimal parking rates for urban CBD based on consideration of both time and special factors. It can be also used to balance the interests between the administrators and the parkers. The results can provide valuable information on how to develop an effective parking pricing program to solve the parking problem in the urban CBD.
