CTA、TCD与DSA用于缺血性脑血管病检查的对比分析 被引量:3

摘要 目的比较CT血管造影术(CT angiography,CTA)、经颅多普勒(transcranial Doppler,TCD)与数字减影血管造影(digital subtraction angiography,DSA)用于缺血性脑血管病检查的价值。方法选取2009-04/2013-04月在作者医院进行治疗并经头颅CT或头颅MRI检查确诊为缺血性脑血管病的患者43例,所有患者均行CTA、TCD与DSA检查,比较三种检查的血管狭窄或闭塞情况。结果以DSA检查为标准,CTA诊断血管狭窄或闭塞的敏感性为83.50%,特异性为93.51%,准确度为91.33%;TCD的敏感性为69.90%,特异性为87.30%,准确度为83.51%。结论对于缺血性脑血管病的诊断,CTA和TCD检查与DSA检查的符合率高,可作为临床诊断的重要参考依据。 Objective To compare the diagnostic value of CT angiography (CTA) and transcranial Doppler (TCD) with digital subtraction angiogram (DSA) for ischemic cerebrovascular disease. Methods A total of 43 patients with is- chemic cerebrovascular disease confirmed by brain CT scanning and magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) examination in the authors' hospital from April 2009 to April 2013 were studied. All patients underwent CTA, TCD and DSA examination. The resultant vascular stenosis or occlusion conditions were compared. Results Taking DSA results as the standard, the sensitivity of CTA for the diagnosis of vascular stenosis or occlusion was 83.50%, the specificity was 93.51% and the ac- curacy was 91.33%; the sensitivity of TCD was 69. 90%, the specificity was 87. 30% and the accuracy was 83. 51%. Conclusion For the diagnosis of ischemic cerebrovascular disease, CTA and TCD have high coincidence with the DSA re- suits, which can be used as important reference for the clinical diagnosis.
