摘要
目的:了解我院抗抑郁药的使用情况及发展趋势,为临床合理用药提供参考。方法:采用世界卫生组织(WHO)推荐的限定日剂量(DDD)分析法,对2008—2012年我院抗抑郁药的品种、销售金额、用药频度(DDDs)、限定日费用(DDC)等进行统计、分析。结果:我院使用的抗抑郁药包括6大类17个品种;抗抑郁药的销售金额和DDDs均呈逐年增长趋势;其中选择性5-羟色胺再摄取抑制剂(SSRI)的销售金额排序及DDDs排序均居第1位,成为临床一线抗抑郁药;三环类抗抑郁药(TCA)的销售金额一直处于较低水平,其使用强度仍较高,同时呈逐年下降趋势;曲唑酮、米氮平、丁螺环酮等新型抗抑郁药销售金额增长较快。结论:我院抗抑郁药的使用结构较合理,SSRI等新型抗抑郁药已逐步成为基层医院治疗抑郁症的首选药,基本符合我国目前抗抑郁药的发展趋势。
OBJECTIVE： To investigate the status quo and developmental tendency of the utilization of antidepressants in our hospital for clinical reference （DDD） analysis recommended by the World Health regard of rational use of drug. METHODS： The defined daily dose Organization （WHO） was applied for statistical analysis with to drug categories, consumption sum, DDDs and defined daily cost （DDC） of antidepressants in our hospital during 2008-2010 period. RESULTS： The antidepressants used in our hospital included six categories of 17 varieties; the consumption sum and DDDs of the antidepressants showed year-on-year increasing trend, with selective 5-serotonin reuptake inhibitor （SSRI） topping the list in both consumption sum and DDDs, which has become the first-line clinical antidepressants; the consumption sum of tricyclic antidepressants （TCA） has been at a low level, and its intensity of use was still high yet declining year by year; the consumption sum of trazodone, mirtazapine, buspirone and other new antidepressants increased rapidly. CONCLUSION： The use structure of antidepressants in our hospital is reasonable; SSRI and other new antidepressants have gradually become the antidepressants of first choice, which is in line with China＇s current development trend of antidepressants.
