Study on the hydrodynamic and mass transfer properties of fluidized bed bioreactor with waste coke particles as the biocarrier

摘要 为考察自制以焦末为载体的生物流化床水力学与传质性能,研究了不同流化料焦末量、表观气速、表观液速对床层压降、气含率以及体积氧传质系数KL a的影响.结果表明:随着表观液速的增加,床型依次分为固定床、膨胀床、传统流化床和循环流化床.在传统流化床区域,床层压降最大且基本保持不变.气含率随着流化料焦末量的增加而增大,随表观液速的增加而减小,随表观气速增大呈指数增大.在实验范围内,气含率与表观气速的拟合方程为ε=2.60U0.88.KL a随着流化料焦末量的增加先增大后减少,随着表观气速的增加而增大. For the purpose of understanding the hydrodynamic and mass transfer properties of a self-designed fluidized bed bioreactor (FBBR) with waste coke particles (WCPs) as the biocarrier, the effects of: carrier quantity, superficial gas velocity, superficial liquid velocity on the pressure drop, gas holdup, and volumetric oxygen mass transfer coefficient (KLa) were investigated. The results showed that the bed types ranged from fixed bed, to expanded bed, to traditional fluidized bed and then to circulating fluidized bed with the increase of superficial liquid velocity. During the traditional fluidized bed stage, the pressure drop was found to be the largest and remained relatively constant. Gas holdup increased with the increase of WCPs quantity, decreased with increasing superficial liquid velocity, and increased as the superficial gas velocity was increased. Based on the results, we achieved the fitting equation of ε= 2.60U^0.88 between the gas holdup and superficial gas velocity. The results indicated that the coefficient Kca appeared to be firstly increased and then decreased as the WCPs quantity increased, as well as increased with increasing superficial gas velocity.
