摘要
目的探讨重度新生儿窒息的有效复苏及护理,减少并发症发生,提高抢救成功率。方法对56例重度窒息新生儿严格按新生儿重度窒息复苏方案进行复苏,并加强复苏过程的护理配合(复苏前评估、清理呼吸道、建立有效呼吸、维持循环)及复苏后的护理措施(严密观察新生儿呼吸、哭声、生命体征的变化,注意保暖、保持呼吸通畅、按需吸氧等)。结果 56例窒息新生儿治愈54例(96.43%),其中并发吸入性肺炎7例(12.5%);死亡2例(3.57%)。结论对重度新生儿窒息患儿的正确复苏和护理,是提高抢救成功、降低围产儿病死率和伤残率的关键。
Objective To investigate the effective resuscitation and nursing care of neonates with severe asphyxia for reducing the complications and improving the success rate of rescue. Methods Fifty-six neonates with severe asphyxia were treated according to severe neonatal asphyxia recovery scheme and were given nursing care during resuscitation process （pre-resuscitation evaluation, airway clearance, establishment of effective breathing, and maintenance of circulation）and after resuscitation （intensive observation of neonatal respiration, crying and vital sign, keeping warm, maintaining smooth breathing, and oxygen inhalation according to requirement）. Results Among the 56 neonates with severe asphyxia, 54 （96.43%）were cured and 2 died （3.57%）. Seven neonates （12.5%）had aspiration pneumonia. Conclusion The correct resuscitation and nursing care and are the key to improving successful rescue and reducing neonatal mortality and disability rate.
