耐亚胺培南鲍曼不动杆菌碳青霉烯酶的检测 被引量:1

Detection of carbapenemase in imipenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii

摘要 目的了解徐州地区三级医院鲍曼不动杆菌碳青霉烯酶的流行情况。方法收集徐州地区三级医院临床分离的对亚胺培南耐药的非重复鲍曼不动杆菌株97株,予VITEK-32型全自动微生物分析系统鉴定,予PCR方法检测金属酶耐药基因及OXA型碳青霉烯酶基因。结果经PCR方法检测所有受试菌未检测到金属酶基因blaIMP、blaVIM、blaSIM和OXA-24碳青霉烯基因,其中85株检测OXA-23型碳青霉烯酶基因,检出率为87.6%(85/97株)。结论徐州地区三级医院鲍曼不动杆菌产OXA-23型碳青霉烯酶可能是导致其对碳青霉烯类抗生素耐药的重要原因。 Objective To investigate the genotype of carbapenemase in imipenem-resistant Acinetobacter baumannii and study molecular epidemiology. Methods 97 clinical isolates of nonrepeated imipenem-resistant Acinetobacter bau- mannii were collected from different hospitals in Xuzhou region , then imipenem-resistant strains were screened by VITEK-32,using PCR to detect gene of metallo-[3-1actamases and OXA carbapenemase. Results 97 strains were not de- tected gene of blalMP, blaVIM, blaSIM and blaOXA-24 , 85 strains were detected to produce OXA-23 carbapenemase (87.6%). Conclusion Produce OXA -23 carbapenemase in Acinetobacter baumannii is an important cause for resistance of carbapeaem antibiotics in tertiary hospital of Xuzhou region.
