摘要
通过自制的规整型第三电极进行实验,探讨了一种减小三维电极反应器中短路电流的新方法,并研究了不同孔隙率,不同混合方式以及不同实验条件对苯酚废水处理效果的影响。结果表明,规整型第三电极采用活性炭与玻璃珠质量比例在2∶1,投加电解质硫酸钠浓度为5 g/L,电压为7 V,pH为4的情况下电解120 min,对苯酚废水中苯酚的去除率可达到91.73%,比常规乱堆型粒子电极去除率提高了22.5%。
Based on homemade structured electrode, a novel method of eliminating short circuit current in dimensional electrodes reactor was proposed and effects of different porosity, mixed mode and experimental conditions on phenol wastewater treatment were evaluated. Results indicated that 91.73% phenol conversion could be obtained, which was higher than the conventional disorderly particle electrode by 22.5% at the operation conditions as the proportion of activated carbon to glass beads 2:1, electrolyte concentration 5 g/L, cell voltage 7 V, initial pH 4 and reaction time 120 minutes.
