家政服务企业的健康发展离不开标准化工作。文章阐述了家政服务企业标准化工作的主要内容,包括建立服务标准体系、开展服务标准化培训、组织实施服务标准、参与外部标准化活动几方面,指出了当前家政服务企业开展标准化工作存在的问题,并提出了解决问题的建议。
The healthy development of housework service enterprise is relevant with the standardization work. The article describes the main contents of the standardization work in housework service enterprises, which include several aspects such as establishing service standard system, carrying out service standardization training, implementing the service standards and participating in external standardization activities. Then the article points out the existing problems which housework service enterprise confronted when it carried out the standardization work and puts forward some suggestions.
