摘要 溶血尿毒综合征（hemolytic uremic syndrome，HUS）是以微血管性溶血性贫血、血小板减少及急性肾功能衰竭为特征的一种综合征，是儿童继发性血小板减少的原因之一。近年来本病发病有增多趋势，临床医师应该提高对本病重视。
