摘要
熔体造粒多肽稳定性肥料是在高塔熔体造粒技术的基础上添加组合脲酶抑制剂、硝化抑制剂和多肽增效剂,经喷淋造粒制得多肽稳定性肥料。在田间试验反馈基础上,经配方研究,确定组合脲酶抑制剂和组合硝化抑制剂分别按产品纯氮量质量分数的0.03%~0.35%和0.23%~0.27%加入,多肽增效剂按产品纯氮量质量分数的0.08%~0.15%添加。该肥料具有熔体高塔造粒肥料的优点,同时兼有稳定性长效肥效应,是种环保型肥料。
The melt prilled polypeptide stable fertilizer is a polypeptide stable fertilizer produced on the basis of the high-tower melt prilling technology, with the addition of combined urease inhibitor, nitrification inhibitor and polypeptide synergist and spray prilling. With feedback from field tests and study of formulation, it is ascertained that combined urease inhibitor and combined nitrification inhibitor are to be added at 0.03% -0.35% and 0.23% -0.27% , respectively, of mass fraction of product pure nitrogen content, and polypeptide synergist is added at 0.08% -0.15% of mass fraction of product pure nitrogen content. This fertilizer has the advantages of the melt high-tower prilled fertilizer and also stable long-acting fertilizer effect, so it is an environmental protective fertilizer.
