摘要
在测定儿童服装及其附件中总铅和总镉含量的分析方法中,采用浓硝酸+双氧水作为消解液,处理儿童服装中天然纤维、聚合物纤维、金属及塑料附件等复杂基质,并优化了石墨炉灰化温度及原子化温度。该方法对铅、镉的检出限分别为0.326 4 mg/kg和0.037 7 mg/kg,回收率均在80%以上,标准偏差RSD(n=5)均小于5%,符合国内外法规的技术需求。
A method for determination of total contents of Pb and Cd in childrens garment and attachment is developed. Natural fibers, polymer fibers, metal and plastic accessories are pretreated with concentrated nitric acid and hydrogen peroxide as the digestion solution. Carbonization temperature and atomization temperature of atomic absorption spectrophotometry(AAS} are optimized. The detection limits for Pb and Cd are 0. 326 4 mg/kg and 0.037 7 mg/kg respectively. The relative standard devia- tions (RSD) for different concentration of Pb and Cd are less than 5 % (n = 5), and the recoveries are above 80%, which can meet the technical requirements of domestic and international legislations.
