摘要
以异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯、四氟丙醇、烯丙基聚乙二醇合成的表面活性含氟单体(FSM)作为乳化剂,以甲基丙烯酸六氟丁酯(FA)、苯乙烯、丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酰氧乙基三甲基氯化铵为主要单体,通过无皂乳液聚合制备出阳离子氟碳无皂乳液(CFEL)。借助红外光谱仪、马尔文粒度仪和透射电镜(TEM)等仪器对共聚物的结构和性能进行了表征;同时研究了FA对表面施胶纸张防油性能的影响,并对纸张进行扫描电镜(SEM)分析。结果表明,适当增加FA用量,有利于提高纸张的防水防油性能。经过含氟单体质量分数为25.11%的乳液整理过的纸张纤维对水和液体石蜡的接触角分别为135.94°和111.88°,乳胶粒呈球形,粒径分布较窄,约为70 nm。
Tne cationic fluorocarbon emulsifier-free latex (CFEL) was prepared by emulsifier-free polymerization of hexafluoro- butyl methacrylate (FA), styrene, butyl acrylate and methacrylatoethyl trimethyl ammonium chloride (DMC), in which the fluorinated surface active monomer (FSM) based on isophorone diisocyanate, tetrafluoro-l-propanol and ally1 polyethylene glycol were used. The structure and properties of CFEL were characterized by FT-IR, Nano-ZS particle sizer and TEM respectively. The effect of FA content was investigated and SEM was used to investigated the paper fiber surface, The experimental results show that the appropriate increases of FA content are good for improving the water/oil repdlency of paper. The contact angle of water and liquid paraffin on the paper treated by the CFEL are 135.94° and 111.88° respectively when w(FA)=25.11%. The morphology of the particle is spherical and their size is around 70 nm.
