摘要
目的:探讨放疗对宫颈癌患者性生活质量的影响。方法:对86例ⅡB～ⅣA期宫颈癌患者进行放疗治疗,治疗结束后的第6、12、24个月对其性生活状况进行随访调查,主要内容包括性生活恢复时间、性生活频率、性生活满意度等,比较放疗前后两者之间的差异。结果:86例患者性生活平均恢复时间为(6.6±5.2)个月,性生活频率减少患者所占比例为68%,性生活满意率为41%,性生活质量显著下降。放疗对患者性生活影响的差异有统计学意义。结论:放疗对宫颈癌患者治疗后性生活有影响,但正确的健康教育、必要的心理咨询及辅助治疗可以改善宫颈癌患者的性生活质量,提高患者的生活质量。
Objectives： To investigate the influence of radiotherapy on sexual life quality of patients with cervical cancer. Methods： A total of 86 patients with cervical cancer（ stage ⅡB-ⅣA）who have received radiotherapy were selected as the sam- ple. All patients were followed up for 6 months, 12 months and 24 months after the treatment. Sexual life was assessed with re- gard to recovery time, sexual life frequency, and sexual life satisfaction. The differences of patients were compared between pre - treatment and post - treatment. Results ： The resumed time of sexual life in all patients was 6. 6 ± 5.2 months. The proportion of the patients whose sexual life decreased after radiotherapy was 68% and the satisfactory rate of sexual life was 41%. Sexual life quality decreased obviously. Radiotherapy has statistically significant influence on patients＇ sexual life quality. Conclusion： Sex- ual life quality of patients with cervical cancer was significantly affected by radiotherapy. Perfect rehabilitation instructions, essen- tial psychological counseling and adjuvant therapy should be used to improve the sexual life quality of patients after radiotherapy.
