摘要
武夷山市委市政府于2010年4月出台了《关于规范武夷山市茶产业发展若干意见》,明确提出了未来10年武夷山茶产业发展的总体思路和工作重点,开展整治无序违法开垦茶园的行动,退茶还林。及时有效地遏制了少数被私欲诱使而毁林种茶的破坏生态行为。但市政府对10年内茶园发展面积的限数和茶园开垦的坡度以及宣传方面的工作,引起笔者的思考。
