摘要
永磁偏置轴向磁悬浮轴承通过对转子铁心的两个轴向端面施加可控力来实现对转子铁心轴向单自由度的控制。对多种拓扑结构的永磁偏置轴向磁轴承进行分析,介绍其结构和工作原理,指出其工业应用场合,对永磁偏置轴向磁轴承的未来发展进行了展望,低功耗、小体积、易控制的永磁偏置轴向磁轴承将是未来的主要研究方向。
The control of the axially single degree of freedom of the rotor core for the permanent magnet biased axial magnetic bearing is achieved by applying a controllable force through two axial end faces of the rotor core. A variety of topol- ogies of the permanent magnet biased axial magnetic bearing were analyzed. Their structures and working principles were in- troduced. Research on the future outlook of the permanent magnet biased axial magnetic bearing was done. The permanent magnet biased axial magnetic bearing with lower power consumption, smaller size and advanced control strategies is a major research direction in the future.
