摘要
话语权是一个国家综合国力尤其是国际地位的体现。目前,西方国家尤其是美国依然占据着国际话语权的支配地位,因此中国捍卫自身国际话语权的任务依然十分艰巨。在这一过程中,中国需要在建立健全传播机制的同时,加强文化软实力建设,为提升中国在国际社会中的话语权奠定坚实基础。
Discourse power reflects comprehensive national strength, especially international status, for a country. Currently western countries, especially America, occupy the ascendancy in discourse power field. So for China, to defend the discourse power is also a very difficult task. In this process, China needs to set up and amplify the media mechanism. At the same time, to make solid foundation for promoting the discourse power, China needs to strengthen cultural soft power.
