基于铸模压下对连铸轻压下过程的实验研究 被引量:3

摘要 通过设计基于铸模压下的实验室热态试验,对连铸轻压下过程的凝固机理进行了研究,通过原位分析、低倍组织分析等手段对试样进行分析,研究发现:试验GCr15钢种碳和磷是主要的偏析元素;试样中发现一次枝晶破碎组织,验证了枝晶破碎理论,可以改善铸坯的中心宏观偏析;试样中发现二次枝晶粘合组织,在理论上可以减轻微观偏析的程度。 The mechanism of solidification during soft reduction in continuous casting was researched through mould reduction experiments. The samples were analyzed by original position analyzer (OPA) and ordinary optical microscope. The results shows that the major segregation contents of GCrl5 steel are C and P. The primary dendrite fragmentation structure in the samples is found, and the center macro segregation cam be eliminated. The secondary dendrites are welded, which can reduce the degree of center micro-segregation.
