摘要
城镇化与工业化、现代化相伴相生,亦与城乡一体化紧密相连。鼓励城乡协同、注重素质和精神文化教育,以助推农村富余劳动力就地、就近从业和促进农村转移人口市民化,是发达国家城镇化过程中实施农民工职业教育可资借鉴的经验。我国城镇化过程中的农民工教育,应努力构建多元化的城乡农民工教育培训主体、提升农民工职业教育的文化内涵、改变农民工职业教育中的"空泛化"现象,以推进我国城镇化建设的快速、健康发展。
Urbanization is connected with industrialization,modernization and urban-rural integration.The developed countries have achieved the rural and urban synergy,spiritual education,employment of the surplus rural labors local and nearby,and immediate citizenship of rural population.This paper studies the vocational education for the migrant workers in Chinese urbanization.
