摘要
:以 3-氯丙烯及硫粉在相转移反应条件下 ,合成二烯丙基二硫 ,再氧化制备蒜素。反应步骤简单 ,原料易得 。
Allicin was prepared from sulfur and allyl chloride under phase transfer catalysis condition, via the intermediate of diallyl disulfide. The structure of the title compound was confirmed by IR, GC MS, 1HNMR and 13 CNMR.
