摘要
目的探讨中医情志护理对直肠癌患者焦虑情绪的应用,以更好地为直肠癌患者给予护理。方法选择2010年1月-2012年11月60例直肠癌患者为研究对象,随机分为两组,其中对照组给予常规护理,实验组给予常规护理联合中医情志护理,观察比较护理效果。结果实验组患者护理后,患者的焦虑程度降低、疾病不确定感降低,与对照组患者比较差异明显,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。实验组患者护理后,患者的睡眠质量明显提高,优于对照组患者,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论对直肠癌患者给予中医情志护理的效果较好,可以有效地缓解患者不良情绪,提高睡眠质量,进而提高患者生活质量。
Objective To investigate the TCM emotions and the role of care for cancer patients to better care for cancer patients given. Methods From January 2010 to November 2012, 60 cases of rectal cancer patients for the study, were randomly divided into two groups, in which the control group received routine care, the experimental group were treated with routine care combined TCM emotional care, observe and compare the nursing effect. Results The patients care, reduce patient anxiety and uncertainty in illness decreased compared to patients of the control group significantly different （P〈0.05）, the difference was statistically significant. Experimental group patient care, the patient＇s quality of sleep improved significantly to 5.63 ±0.66 points better than the control group patients, P〈0.05, the difference was statistically significant. Gonelusion Chinese medicine on cancer patients given emotional care is better, can effectively alleviate the negative emotions of patients, improve sleep quality, and to improve the quality of life of patients.
