摘要 变形抗力是棒材轧制过程中影响棒材质量、轧制功耗的重要因素。基于实测数据和理论计算,建立了棒材粗轧轧制力和轧制力矩的计算模型,提出了改进的轧制工艺。并通过有限元分析法对改进工艺进行了仿真分析,验证了方法的可行性。这对棒材轧制道次分布和压下量的调整都有指导意义。 Deformation resistance of the bar rolling process is the most important factor of affecting quality and rolling power consumption. Based on the actual measured data and theoretical calculation, the calculation model of bars roughing roll force and rolling torque was established. Improved rolling process was presented, and the improved process was simulated by the finite element analysis method.The feasibility of the method was proved. It has a guiding significance to the pass distribution of bar rolling and adjustment of the press quantity.
