摘要
目的探讨恶性肿瘤患者并发下肢深静脉血栓形成机制、治疗及预防。方法对32例恶性肿瘤并发下肢深静脉血栓形成患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果 20例痊愈（62.5%）,12例有效（35.5%）,1例肺栓塞发生。随访6个月~5年,25例死亡,死亡原因肿瘤扩散转移;2例血栓后综合征。结论恶性肿瘤患者具有并发深静脉血栓的高风险,应积极预防、早期诊断并个体化规范治疗。
To study the pathogenetic mechanisms and treatment and prevention of malignant tumor complicated with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis.【Methods】Thirty-two cases with lower extremity deep venous thrombosis were retrospectively analyzed.【Results】Of all the 32 cases,20（62.5%） were cured and 12（35.5%） effective and 1 with lung thromboembolism.All patients were followed from 6 months to 5 years.The 25 patients die of spread of the tumor metastasis and 2 cases of post-thrombosis syndrome.【Conclusions】Patients with malignant tumors have high risk on deep vein thrombosis and should be active prevention and early diagnosis and standard treatment of the individual.
