论景观水利向生态水利发展的偏离性和发展方向 被引量:8

Discussion on the Deviation and Development Direction of Landscape Water in terms of Ecological Water Conservancy

摘要 从人类的景观价值和生态认知能力出发,结合国内典型景观水利工程建设形式,分析了在景观水利向生态水利发展中偏离性产生的原因,指出问题的关键是技术问题,更是社会问题,提出中国现阶段生态水利的发展方向是景观生态学与传统水利的融合,并在此基础上提出了保证生态水利快速健康发展的相应措施和建议。 From the aspects of human's landscape value and ecological cognition,the deviation of development from landscape water to ecological water conservancy are analyzed with giving consideration of domestic construction form of landscape water conservancy.The reasons of the deviation are not only technical matters,but also social problems.The direction development of ecological water conservancy nowadays is the integration of landscape ecology with traditional water conservancy.Finally related measures and suggestions to ensure the rapid and healthy development of ecological water conservancy are proposed.
