木蝴蝶总黄酮对小鼠实验性急性心肌梗死的保护作用 被引量:4

Protective Effect of Total Flavonoids from Oroxylum on Acute Myocardial Infarction in Mice

摘要 研究了木蝴蝶总黄酮对小鼠实验性心肌梗死的保护作用。通过开胸结扎左冠状动脉前降支(LAD)建立小鼠急性心肌梗死模型。观察木蝴蝶总黄酮对实验性心肌梗死的影响,并从生化学角度探讨其作用机制。结果表明:腹腔注射木蝴蝶总黄酮2 mg/g,4 mg/g和8 mg/g。对急性心肌梗死24 h的小鼠,可明显降低血清磷酸肌酸激酶(CPK)、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)活性及脂质过氧化物(LPO)的含量,提高超氧化物转化酶(SOD)活性;从而缩小急性心肌梗死的面积(MIS)。TFO能明显降低小鼠心肌耗氧量,保护缺氧心肌,延长小鼠存活时间具有一定的作用。 The protective effect of total flavonoids from Oroxylum its mechanism from the biochemical aspects were studied. The changes (TFO) on experimental myocardial infarction and of myocardial infarction size ( MIS), the activity of serum creatine phosphokinase (CPK), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH) and superoxide dismutase (SOD) and the content of serum lipid peroxidation (LPO) etc. have been determined in acute myocardial infarction mice induced by ligating the left anterior descending coronary artery (LAD) were explored. After infracted for 24 h, the acute myocardial infraction mice were treated with TFO in a dosage of 2, 4 and 8 mg/g ip at the same time of operation group. MIS were significantly reduced, so were the serum CPK and LDH activities, etc. In addition, the content of serum LPO was declined, but SOD activity was increased markedly. TFO can significantly reduce the content of oxygen, and protect the oxygen - lacked myo- cardial and prolong the living time of mice.
