摘要
以三甲胺盐酸盐(TMAC)和环氧氯丙烷(ECH)为原料,采用一步法水相合成3-氯-2-羟丙基三甲基氯化铵(CHPTMA),在此基础上考察两大类型、7种催化剂对此合成工艺的影响,以滴定分析对主产物含量进行了分析,以熔点测定、红外光谱分析方法对产物结构进行了表征,最后确定KH-570为催化合成CHPTMA的最佳催化剂。
3-Chloro-2-hydmxypropy ltrimethylammonium chloride(CHPTMAC) was prepared with epichlomhydrin(ECH) and trimethylammonium(TMAC)as raw materials by one step method in the aqueous phase.The influence of seven catalysts of two types on the synthesis process was studied under the best condition,the content of primary product was analyzed by tritration,the structure of the primary product was characterized by fusing test point and IR.The results showed that KH-570 was the best catalyst in the catalytic synthesis of CHPTMA.
