摘要
目的分析2006-2011年兰州市某院急诊老年伤害病例原因及流行特征,为制定伤害预防控制措施提供科学依据。方法对某院急诊科2006年1月-2011年12月接诊的所有老年初诊伤害病例进行统计分析。结果 2006-2011年某院老年伤害病例中,性别分布以男性为主,占62.58%。老年伤害原因中,意外跌落位居第一,其次为交通事故。意外跌落在80岁以上老年人中发生比例最高达77.60%。2006-2011年老年主要伤害原因中,意外跌落、交通事故随年份呈增长趋势,增长速度分别为11.26%和8.45%。结论老年人意外跌落和交通事故发生率高,且增长速度快,应防止老年人意外跌落的发生,加强交通事故的预防,同时强化伤害发生后及时就医行为,切实提高老年人的生活质量。
OBJECTIVE To explore the characteristics of senile injuries in emergency department, so as to provide evidence for the establishment of preventive measures. METHODS The data of all injured patients visited the Emergency department in 2006--2011 were analyzed. RESULTS In all senile injury cases, the patients were mainly male, accounting for 62.58%, Injury patients aged 60~69 have the largest number from 2006--2011. Accidental fall was the first reason in different reasons of eider injury patients, traffic accidents was followed. Accidental fall was account for 77.60% in elder patients aged over 80 years old. Among all injury types, the accidental falls and traffic accidents showed growing trend, the rates were 11.26% and 8.45%. CONCLUSION The incidence and growing rate of accidental fall and traffic accidents were high, it needs to prevent the occurrence from senior citizen. Meanwhile shorting the time after injury happened would promote the quality of life in elderly people.
