摘要
目的:综述黄芩清肺汤在化学成分,药理活性方面的研究进展,为黄芩清肺汤的现代化研究和应用提供依据和参考。方法:查阅近年的相关文献资料,整理综述。结果:黄芩和栀子单味药的研究比较多,但其配伍后的化学成分变化及其药理活性鲜有研究。结论:黄芩清肺汤的复方配伍有待进行现代化研究。
Objective：The literature review of Huangqin Qingfei Decoction regarding its chemical composition and pharmacological activity provide the basis for clinical research and application.Methods：We made reference to recently published literature on Huangqin（Radix Scutellariae） and Zhizi（Fructus Gardeniae）.Results：There had been intensive research on Huangqin and Zhizi separately,but little attention was paid to combined usage in terms of changes of chemical composition and its pharmacological activity.Conclusion：Huangqin Qingfei Decoction requires further modern research.
