摘要
目的:探讨尿毒清颗粒治疗慢性肾功能衰竭的临床疗效。方法:50例慢性肾功能衰竭患者按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组。对照组患者以常规方法进行治疗,观察组在对照组治疗基础上服用尿毒清颗粒,连续治疗2个月,对两组患者治疗前后的临床疗效、血尿素(BUN)以及血清肌酐(Scr)等方面进行比较。结果:观察组有效率为96.0%,对照组有效率为88.0%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组患者各项指标改善情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:尿毒清颗粒可以明显改善慢性肾功能衰竭患者各项指标,疗效显著。
Objective：To investigate the clinical curative effect of Niaoduqing Granules for the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods：50 patients with chronic renal failure were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group.The control group was treated with routine method,and the observation group was given Niaoduqing Granules on the basis of the control group.The improvements of the clinical curative effect,blood urea nitrogen（BUN）,serum creatinine（Scr） and other aspects of the two groups before and after treatment were compared and analyzed after 2 months of continuous treatment.Results：Effective rate of the observation group was 96.0%,and the rate of the control group was 88.0%,and comparison the rate of the two groups showed that the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）;Improvements of indicators of patients in the observation group were significant superior than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Niaoduqing Granules can significantly improve the indicators of patients with chronic renal failure,and curative effect is remarkable.
