银杏叶提取物促进大鼠坐骨神经再生的实验研究 被引量:35

摘要 目的 评价银杏叶提取物 (EGb)对大鼠坐骨神经损伤后神经再生的影响。 方法 雄性SD大鼠 48只 ,随机分成对照组及 EGb2 4/6 组。于术后 2、4、6周观察坐骨神经功能指数、电生理、组织学及超微结构。 结果 坐骨神经功能指数在各时间点 EGb2 4/6 组优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。潜伏期和诱发电位恢复率 EGb2 4/6 组在各时间点上优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。组织学检查神经内血管数、直径、截面积在2、4、6周时 EGb2 4/6 均多于对照组 (P<0 .0 1,P<0 .0 5 )。有髓神经纤维数、纤维直径、截面积在各时间点EGb2 4/6 组均优于对照组 (P<0 .0 1)。超微结构观察 EGb2 4/6 组各时间点有髓神经纤维的髓鞘厚度、成熟度均优于对照组 ,变性纤维的数目均少于对照组。 结论 EGb2 4/6 Objective To provide the promoting effect of extract of leave Ginkgo Biloba (EGb) on nerve regeneration through functional evaluation, Lat, MAP, histomorphometric and ultra structure studied Methods Forty eight male Sprague Dawely rats were randomly divided into control group and EGb 24/6 group The nerves were crushed Then 2 ml of normal saline in the control groups, 2 ml of EGb 24/6 were administered every day following nerve injury The sciatic functional index (SFI), Lat, MAP, histomorphometric study and ulta structure were tested in 2,4,6 weeks of operative intervals respectively Results The recovery of sciatic functional index, Lat, MAP was singificantly higher in EGb 24/6 groups in all the time point than in control groups ( P <0 01) The number,mean diameter and cross section of vascular and the number、mean diameter, cross section of regeneration myelinated nerve fiber in 2、4、6 weeks of operative intervals of injured nerve in EGb 24/6 groups were larger than that in control groups ( P <0 01 or P <0 05) The number of regeneration、thick and degree of maturity of regeneration myelinated nerve sheath in EGb 24/6 groups were more than that in control groups and the number of degenerating nerve fibers following nerve injury in EGb 24/6 were less than that in control groups by eletromicroscope Conclusion EGb 24/6 can promote the nerve regeneration
