摘要
针对国内外迄今还没有真正符合能见度定义的能见度自动观测仪问世的严峻局面,采用数字摄像技术,根据人工观测能见度原理,研究新型的完全符合能见度定义的数字摄像能见度自动探测系统。通过开展数字能见度仪、光学能见度仪以及人工观测能见度比对实验,分析数字能见度仪的观测性能。比对结果表明:该系统运行稳定可靠,达到预期设计指标。本研究为国内外雾霾及能见度自动观测提出了一个可行的解决方案。
Aiming at the grim situation that so far at home and abroad there is no automatic visibility observation instrument coming out yet that truly meets the definition of visibility, adopting digital photographic technology, based on the principles of manual visibility observation, this paper delves into a new automatic digital photographic visibility detection system that completely conforms to the definition of visibility. In this paper, through comparative experiments among digital visibility instrument, optical visibility instrument and manual visibility observation, the observation performance of digital visibility instrument is analyzed. The comparative results show that the system operation is stable and reliable, and it meets the expected design requirements. This research provides a viable solution for the automatic observation of haze and visibility at home and abroad.
