摘要
建立了饲料添加剂L-赖氨酸硫酸盐的HPLC测定方法采用氨基酸分析用色谱柱,以流动相A和流动相B进行梯度洗脱,流速为0.45ml/min;采用紫外检测器,检测波长在0~16min为338nm、在16~25min为262nm,结果显示,L-赖氨酸硫酸盐在0~0.25mg/ml范围内,其含量与峰面积呈良好的线性关系,相关系数为0.9996,平均回收率99.0%,RSD为0.8%,本方法准确度高、重现性好,结果准确可靠。
The text established method detecting L-Lysine sulphate in feed additives. With amino acid chromatography colunm, carrying on gradient elution using by mobile phase A and mobile phase B, velocity of flow is 0.45 ml/min;adopted ultraviolet detector, collecting wavelength is 338 nm within 0-16 rain, collecting wavelength is 262 nm within 16-25 rain.The result has indicated thal the content of I,-Lysine sulphate has good linear relation with area in the range of 0-0.25 mg/ml, its correlation coefficient is 0.999 6, its average recovery is 99.0%,RSD is 0.8%. This method is simple and convenient, the reproducibility is excellent, and the results is accurate and safe, the content of L-Lysine sulphate in feed additives can be controlled by this method.
