摘要
以克服现有模板体系的缺点为出发点,开发了一种以增强聚丙烯复合材料为基本材料的模板及支撑系统。该系统包括墙模板的钢框塑料组合大模板,楼板支模用塑料模板独立式钢支撑系统。经过验证,该模板体系可以解决现有模板体系利用率低、通用性差、无法避免人工随意裁切材料的缺陷,具有使用方便、效率高、能耗低、环境友好的特点,是一种绿色建筑模板体系。同时介绍了新型模板及支撑系统的开发与应用。
In order to overcome the existing defects of formwork used currently,a new type formwork and supports system by using reinforced polypropylene composite material as the basic material was developed.The system included wall formwork of steel skeleton plastic composite boards,plastic formwork and independent supporting system for floor.After verification,this formwork system could solve the defects that utilization rate was low,the versatility was poor,and it could not avoid casual workers to cut material.Moreover,this formwork system had the advantages of convenient use,high efficiency,low energy consumption,friend environment and so on.It is a green building formwork system.This paper introduces the development and application of the new type of formwork and supports system.
