摘要
近年来,动脉硬化性闭塞症的发病率逐年增加,其中以合并心脑血管疾病及糖尿病等多器官病变的老年患者多见。随着血管外科兴起及血管外科治疗技术、相关材料的发展,动脉硬化性闭塞症的外科治疗方式已出现了多元化,如何最大程度地改善患者的临床症状和提高远期通畅率是当下追求的目标。该文综述了下肢动脉硬化性闭塞症的外科治疗适应证及不同治疗方法的选择。
In recent years,the incidence of ASO increases with years,and most of them are elderly patients with a variety of diseases,such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases and diabetes,etc..With the development of vascular surgery and related materials,surgical treatment of ASO gets into multiaspect.To improve the clinical symptoms and long-term patency rate is our object to be aimed at.Here reviews the indications and selections of surgical treatment of ASO.
