饥饿可能减轻阿尔茨海默病

摘要 随着全球逐步进入老龄化社会,对延缓衰老及与老龄有关疾病的研究越来越深入。在这方面,限制热卡(简称限食,CR)是在人类应用较有希望的措施,本刊2013年第4期曾有介绍。CR也能减轻猴及鼠类的阿尔茨海默病(AD)的病理改变,可能保护认知功能,但其确切机制不明。如能阐明其机制,则对了解衰老过程及临床应用有很大意义。美国阿拉巴马大学营养肥胖研究中心的学者推测CR的作用与内感受如CR后的饥饿感有关.最近发表了一些研究结果。可供我们参考。
