摘要
通过对铝合金薄壁法兰盘在铣削加工过程中涉及到的工艺路线、装夹方式、刀具路径及切削参数等影响加工质量和加工效率的因素的研究,应用CATIA软件的加工模块实现了高效加工编程策略及加工参数优化。分析了铝合金薄壁法兰盘类零件的铣削加工工艺,提出了可行的加工方案,进行了实际切削加工。结果表明,该方法能显著提高劳动生产率、产品合格率和零件加工质量。
Through the study on the factors such as the process, clamping ways, the tool path and cutting parameters which affect the processing quality and efficiency of the thin-walled aluminum alloy flange in milling process, the efficient processing programming strategy and process parameter optimization are realized based on the machining module of CATIA software package.
