摘要
以辣椒种子为试验材料,分别用不同浓度外源亚精胺、壳聚糖、水杨酸、CaCl2、甜菜碱、海藻糖溶液浸种,在15℃低温条件进行种子萌发试验,通过对发芽势、发芽率、萌发指数、活力指数等指标的测定和分析,探讨外源物质对低温胁迫条件下辣椒种子萌发的影响及作用效果。结果表明,适宜浓度的外源物质可以显著改善辣椒种子在低温胁迫条件下的萌发情况。亚精胺、壳聚糖、水杨酸、CaCl2、甜菜碱、海藻糖促进辣椒种子萌发的最佳处理浓度分别为0.1mmol/L,100mg/L,0.5mmol/L,10mmol/L,5mmol/L,0.5mmol/L。
The pepper seeds were selected as the experimental material, different concentration of spermi-dine, chitosan, salicylic acid, CaCl2, betaine, trehalose solution were soaked respectively, and then seeds ger-mination potential, germination rate, germination index,and vitality index were measured and analyzed for seed germination test under 15 ℃ low temperature conditions. This paper discussed the effects of exoge- nous substances on seed germination of pepper under low temperature stress.The results indicated that ap-propriate concentration of exogenous substances can significantly improve the seeds germination of pepper under low temperature stress.The optimal concentrations of spermidine,chitosan, salicylic acid,CaCl2, be-taine,trehalose to promote seeds germination of pepper were 0. 1 mmol/L, 100 mg/L, 0.5 mmol/L, 10 mmol/L,5 mmol/L,0.5 mmol/L.
