钙剂联合卡孕栓预防阴道分娩宫缩乏力性产后出血疗效观察 被引量：20

摘要 目的探讨葡萄糖酸钙联合卡孕栓预防阴道分娩宫缩乏力产后出血患者的临床疗效。方法将我医院2012年1月至2013年1月产科收治的396例阴道分娩产妇随机分为两组,对照组196例采用胎儿娩出后静脉输注缩宫素20U,观察组200例采用胎头拔露时快速静脉输注葡萄糖酸钙10ml,胎儿娩出后立即直肠放置卡孕栓1枚。结果观察组在产后24h内失血量(441.15±74.39)ml,产后出血21例,对照组产后24h内失血量为(561.96±82.57)ml,产后出血36例,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论胎头拔露时应用葡萄糖酸钙联合卡孕栓能有效减少产后出血。
