摘要
根据对册子岛-镇海段海底原油管道2006-2011年连续多年的监测,结合区域地理位置、水文泥沙、地形地貌、海洋开发活动、极端气象天气等因素,提出从海洋区域综合环境的角度研究海底管道所在海床的冲淤稳定性。管道所在区域海床总体表现为冲刷,2005年完成埋设的海管在2008年出现了多处裸露,到2010和2011年甚至有多个区段出现悬空。分析认为,舟山跨海大桥尤其是金塘大桥的建设、宁波澉浦新泓口围垦工程的实施、极端气象天气或短期灾变因子等对研究区海床的冲淤稳定产生的影响较大,也是导致近年来海管出现危险状况的主要原因。
Based on the continuous monitoring of submarine crude-oil pipelines in the Cezidao-Zhenhai area from 2006 to 2011 and combining with the factors such as hydrology, weather, sediment, topography, geology conditions and exploitative activities, it is proposed that the scouring and silting stability of the seabed with crude-oil pipelines is studied from the perspective of regional ocean integrated environments. The monitoring data indicate that the seabed where crude-oil pipelines are present shows generally a scouring behavior. For example, the pipelines which were buried in 2005 became naked at several places in 2008 and turned to a suspended state in many segments of the area by 2010 and 2011. The constructions of the Jintang Bridge in Zhoushan, the performance of Xinhongkou Reclamation in Ningbo and the extreme weather conditions or short-term catastrophic factors may exert a significant influence on the scouring and silting stability of the seabed in the study area and are also probably the main reasons for the pipeline dangerous status occurring in recent years.
