Control Technology for Floor Heave of Soft Roadway with High Stress

摘要 针对高应力软岩巷道底鼓治理的难题,采用FLAC数值模拟软件建立模型,制订3个不同控底方案开展研究,全面对比分析了高应力软岩巷道围岩变形规律。研究结果表明,加固高应力软岩巷道底板,能有效控制软岩巷道底鼓,顶帮底同治能优化围岩的承载结构,使得顶帮底协调承载,并给出了锚索帮部补强的锚注一体化底板加固方案,保障了高应力软岩巷道长期安全稳定。该方案成功应用于现场,效果良好。 Aiming at the problems of floor heave control of soft roadway with high stress, FLAC software was used to establish simulation model, and three plans of floor heave control were proposed to carry out research. Deformation of soft roadway with high stress was ana- lyzed contrastively. The results show that floor strengthening can effectively control floor heave, and roof-side-floor controlling can opti- mize the bearing of surrounding rock with roof-side-floor coordinating with each other. Floor reinforcement scheme of the integrity of the bolting and grouting anchor was put forward with both sides strengthened by cables, so as to ensure the high-stress soft rock roadway in long-term security and stability. The scheme was put into practice successfully, and achieved good control effects.
