摘要
本文基于我国2007年投入产出表分析了我国外贸商品结构及其合理性。本文首先通过135部门的外贸依存度来反映外贸商品结构;之后运用外贸商品合理度指数,将外贸商品结构与国民经济系统相结合,进一步分析外贸商品结构的合理性。为综合判断我国外贸结构的优化程度,本文还进行了中日横向比较。分析表明,第二产业目前在我国外贸结构中占主体地位;资本和技术密集型制造业已经成为我国支柱产业主体,且已形成较高的产业内贸易水平,但劳动密集型产业仍然占较大比重,第三产业则处于从属地位。我国高新技术产业竞争力相对落后,与原材料和能源部门一起构成了我国瓶颈产业的主体。与1997年相比,尽管我国出口商品结构趋于改善,但进口商品结构合理度出现出一定程度的恶化。我国进出口商品结构与国民经济结构匹配程度有待提高,其合理性仍存在较大改进的余地。
In this paper, we analyze the foreign trade commodity structures of China based on the 2007 input-output tables of 135 sectors in China. We first discuss the foreign trade dependence of 135 sectors in China, and then analyze the rationality of foreign trade commodity structures. We also make a comparative analysis between China and Japan. The results reveal that the Secondary Industry has become the main part in China＇s foreign trade structures, and the capital-technique-intensivemanufactured industrial products have played a dominant role in China＇s pillar industry with a high level of inter-industrial trade. However, labor-intensive products still account for a great proportion of the pillar industry, and the Tertiary Industry is in a subordinate position. The resource-intensive products, coupled with the high-tech products with relatively low international competitiveness, constitute the main body of China＇s bottle-neck industry. Although the export commodity structure has been improved, the import commodity structure has been deteriorated during 1997 -2007, and both export and import commodity structures are not consist with the national economic structure completely. We conclude that the foreign trade commodity structure of China needs to be further optimized.
