摘要
基于永磁同步直线电机伺服系统的d-q轴数学模型和内模控制(IMC)的基本原理,设计了直线电机速度环的内模控制器。该控制器包含两个控制器参数,可分别用于调节永磁同步直线电机的轨迹跟踪性能和抗干扰能力。基于Matlab/dSPACE实时仿真平台实现了某直线电机驱动的精密定位平台的高精度轨迹跟踪控制。仿真和实验分析表明,二自由度内模控制器可以实现较高的轨迹跟踪精度,具有较强的抗干扰能力和鲁棒性。
Based on synchronous linear motor, motor servo system. The p the principles of internal model control (IMC) and d-q model of the permanent magnetic a 2-DoF internal model controller is proposed and applied to the velocity loop control of a linear roposed 2-DoF IMC is composed of two tunable parameters, which can be applied to tune the trajectory tracking performance and disturbance regulation capacities of linear servo system, respectively. Based on the Matlab/dSPACE real-time simulation platform, the proposed 2-DoF IMC is implemented to the high-precision trajectory tracking control of a positioning table driven by linear motor. Simulation and experimental results show that the 2-DoF IMC can meet the requirements of high-precision tracking while providing good anti-disturbance capacitiy and robustness.
