摘要
介绍了液力变矩器顶盖总成连接块大批量焊接生产条件下,采用一次装夹、精确定位,双机器人同步对称焊接工艺方法,弥补了手工焊、半自动焊、单机器人焊接在大批量生产中存在的诸多不足。结果表明:提高了连接块焊接质量合格率、生产效率,降低了制造成本,在大批量(年产量20万套)焊接生产中,具有较高的实用价值和经济价值。
By using once clamping and precise positioning,dual robot synchronous symmetrical welding method are applied to mass welding production of connection block of the hydraulic torque converter cap assembly,which overcomes the shortages of manual welding,semiautomatic welding and single robot welding.The research results raise the rate of compliance in welding,improve the productivity and reduce the cost,which has high practical value and economic value in mass welding production(200 000 sets per year).
