摘要
采用用户自定义矩阵单元来处理机床结合部的接触问题 ,在商品化软件平台上建立了机床整机的有限元模型 ,并对其进行了动态特性的分析。运用该方法来进行结构的性能预测 ,已用于工厂对机床的结构改进设计中。
The contact problem of integrated part of machine tool is being handled with the adoption of matrix unit selfdefined by users.The finete element model of machine tool as a whole is established on the platform of commercialized softwares and the analysis on its dynamic characteristics is being carried out.Function prediction of the structure is conducted by applying this method.This method has already been applied in factories in the design of improving the structures of machine tools.
